The flash is faster then his instant transmission technique. That turns goku into the speed of light whereas flash has broken the light barrier and gone into the speed of force (or something like that).

The Flash could never be slower than superman... It kinda rules out the point of his power. Mans called Flash for a reason.

Superman isnt indestructable as such unless he was on the suns surface. If someone of a higher power level constantly pounded him for example he would eventually die.Like when parralel superboy came into the teen titans and pulverised the current superboy on the team.
