wonder if anyone can help me...

i have recently started putting on a bit of weight.not a lot, but i thought i'd better start doing some regular exercise.i don't want to loose too much weight. i just don't want to gain anymore.and i don't want to loose much weight from my thighs or get too muscular.anyone got any suggestions for the type of exerices i should do?

Cardio sounds like it will do the trick for ya.Skipping, jogging, running, swimming, etc etcswimming is by far the better option btw

can anyone sugesst some THIGH exercises for me ?ive got some tree trunk thighs that i cant seem to loose flab off, its soooo annoying cos ive seem to have lost weight everywhere else but ive got these flippin fat thighs.considering im small, it looks disgusting having fat thighs.so any tips would be more than great. merci
