oi u lotif i buy suttin off ebay and i wana return it say 2 weeks after cos i found it it was fake....and the seller refuses (he sed it was authentic in listing) and then he unregisters his ebay (dunno if hes still got his paypal)can i make a claim? will i need proof that its the same item? i already left + feedback as well...

kool, but what if hes unregistered..
Dunno, maybe complain to ebay directThe claims i made were v sellers who were registered
