Long story short East Ham, Becton, West Ham, Upton Park and Chinford need to be put bac to Essex like they once wereReason = too far from Oxford Street Similar to how Croydon is Surrey and London reason is cos it's 10 miles away from Oxford StreetSo put East Ham and those other Newham towns which are far from Central into essex and London basically an IG post code
