Guest10 Posted May 28, 2009 Report Share Posted May 28, 2009 All of a sudden for the past few days, EVERY CD I put into my car stereo just reads 'No Disc.'I'm suspecting its a lens problem and maybe its dirty so I'm looking to go get one of them CD\DVD Lens cleaner kit. But I just wanted to ask first if anyone here has used them before and do they actually really work? My boy said when his CD player broke down, he bought two and none of them did anything.If that doesnt work, then i might have to throw it in the bin especially when the technician quoted me £600 jus to repair it. HOPEFULLY it works because the way every CD I try keeps displaying 'No Disc,' tells me the lens cleaner might not work either.
