I wasn't good (enough) at football when I was younger, so I compensate for that by being a student of the game.

I wake up thinking about, go to bed thinking about it, use it as an analogy for life.

Not to say I've invested time & effort in other projects, but this is where my future lies, feels very 'organic'.

I would just say high-level coach, scout or even start an academy but too much of a control freak.
