Guest THEREALTULSE
Are we living in a consumer society, are we get fed bullshit after bullshit making us believe we need things we actually don't? Is this coporate pressure on the environment healthy? I don't believe it is, the world got on fine 30-40 years ago, kids aren't growing up in the way that they should and it's frightening to think what the next generation is going to be like. Those who are complaining, are they living in the past? have they evolved with the world or are they bitter and one of the millions suffering on low wages?

Corrigan
Without capitalism Britain and most of the world would still be in the dark ages, although we can't deny that many politicians and economists have pursued capitalistic ideals to aggressively, so consequently there are many who have been marginalized and seen their living standards decline however the problem with the youth of today is more to do with the break down in societies moralistic standpoints, we cnt blame today's disenfranchised youths downfall solely on capitalism, it's much deeper than that

Jeremy Hunt approves the Murdoch deal, which essentially gives him total dominance over our media and what do you know, the times do a piece on him being a future Prime-Minister. Bollocks. J. Edgar
We are all fiends to consumer goods. Like everyone out getting HD sets, not knowing that UHDTV which is 16 times the resolution of HD will be out in 5 years time.
