It's been tough at times I'm not gonna lie, when I'm alone I can usually fight the urge and most days I've stuck by one a day, only last couple days I've smoked two in a day and that's when I've gone out with smokers but I think I'm well on my way I know I can fight it.Hopefully come June and my 21st I'll have given up the stinking habit for good!

But from what I read Pharma-Gain is more up to date than N-Large 2 and a lot of people on discount supplements recommend Pharma-Gain over N-Large 2, I'm thinking of trying it next.Tried N-Large again earlier today after it made me retch yesterday though I still stand by it being nasty I feel I can hold my nose and take it down in a spread of 5-10 mins.
