Now before I ask you this I just want you to know the girl looked like she was in her mid twenties and actually told me she was 19. So last night I'm just at home doing nothing when I get a call from a mate telling me to come out as he has met a fit girl and he needs to set her little sister up to get in there. He is two years older then me so I thought nothing of the younger thing. So I go out to meet them at the pub and this girl is continuously buying me shots, and I'm not about to complain about free drinks. After about two hours I'm just talking sh*t and trying to chat her up in a subtle manner. Naturally it wasn't very subtle due to the amount of alcohol I had consumed. So eventually the conversation leads to her age and she says shes 19. Ironically I even said she looks old for her age in a good way. She then invited me back to her parents house (alarm bells were ringing but i ignored them) and had to help me walk back to her house. She then offered me a line of coke when we got in and I started getting scared that she was trying to drug me so that I could get mugged. If only that was what happened. We do the business and I fall asleep, condom still on (thats how f*cked I was). In the morning I'm woken to screaming and it turns out to be the mother. She is shouting something like what are you doing with my baby? I had a massive headache and so told her to piss off (in a friendly way). I look at the clock and see its 4:00 in the morning. Then the (roughly) 6 ft 4 dad walks in and I start shitting it. He asks me my age and so I inform him I'm 17 and even give him a wink. He then calls me a monster and asks why I prey on 14 year old girls. This is when I shat a brick. I get out of the bed to see im naked. I start panicking and try to sweet talk the dad but he is having none of it. I start thinking should I run out of the house even though I'm naked and I decide its for the best. He was standing in the door way so I was thinking how the hell can I get out of here when I noticed the window was open. We were on the first floor so I thought f*ck it and jumped out the window into a bush. So now i'm standing about two streets away from the house, naked, a massive headache and no clue as to where I am. Now Im wondering should I call my mother to pick me up? Then i realised I had no phone. So I start walking and asking passer bys for spare change for the pay phone, naked. When some kind soul gave me a pound I decided to call my mate as I couldn't remember my mums number and described where I was. Before he got there however it started pissing down with rain. 30 minutes later he picked me up, laughing and commented on what a good night I must have had. When I told him what happened he said I should try to avoid them as I could be charged with statutory r*pe, while laughing. I didn't know if he was joking or not. So now I'm sitting at home writing this. The question I want to ask is can I get done for r*pe if the girl consented, looked old enough and lied about her age? I have no proof of any of this except for the looks.

You could be looking at a stretch in theory. try and get the girls phone number thru ur mate and call her and see what the situation at home is.
