Benicio del Toney Posted July 19, 2007 Report Share Posted July 19, 2007 they have sweat glands but it is said the glands dont work and they lose just a tiny amt through their skin, but thats being pedantic, any animal including humans will find it difficult to survive in the heat without finding a way to cool down. the only thing about pigs that is and harmful for us true is that they harbor certain diseases that can easily be passed to humans, through UNCOOKED or POORLY cooked pork. but isnt this the same for all poorly cooked meats.yet the biological value of lean pork pound for pound is greater than chicken and beef.
