You should record your bets on a formatted Excel spreadsheet.How much you up this month on level stakes, say betting £10 every bet. Do you increase your stakes when you've lost?

Yeh im thinking of doing itWhen i lose £20 bet ill double that on the next race so £40

Those kinda staking plans can get out of hand if you have a losing run of like 10 or so though...How much was that win in your sig still?

Certain people make a living out of betting and are definitely profitable at it.
I knowthe guy that holds the record for the most money spent in a London club in one night was spending poker money.BUT i'm talking about ALL OF YOU.
