i've only just started dedicating a whole day to my shoulders, behind the neck press, upright rows and the one where u hold a weight and lift ur arm out in front of u. Need to improve my traps tho.
dont see why u woudl use a whole day for shoulders.. they arent big muscles, maybe your doing too much. do a search here for that charles glass video thread, or check on bodybuilding.com and search his name.he has some of the best tweak tips ive seen in a while. his upper chest and shoulder techniques have worked pure wonders for me in just weeks. i cant shout about it enough...but he also mentions common shoulder training mistakes..even from experienced pple
