So my next investment (just to play this game and a few others) will be...Thing can emulate.... PS1 (slow at the moment but speed is improving), SNES, Genesis, Genesis CD, GBA, GBC, Neo Geo Pocket, Neo Geo CD.... B Side Posted November 19, 2007 Report Share Posted November 19, 2007 i got FFXII the day it came out, and i still haven't clocked it.Not because i'm struggling but just because it SO BOOG.i don't even have a clue what the story line is and don't even understand the point of certain things, not feeling the ye olde english talk.the thing with the new FF that annoys me is the fact that they have changed the whole style of summoning, long for the monster walking next to the characters, and also it was sick in the old ones how you could fly yourself around the world. and also limit breakers was sick. so basically i'm not appreciating the swagtastic changes 1 bit.soundtrack wise FF8>>>>>>>>. come like an epic movie. djbmc Posted November 20, 2007 Report Share Posted November 20, 2007 NAH! FFXII was big, i'm at the last secret boss (Omega mrk.XII) and i aint done it yet. SO MANY sidequests, i'm gutted there's no more turn-based system but i tried playing and RPG with random fights in it the other day and i had to quit, i can't handle that sh*t no more. The sheer scale of the the game is impressive, in number X there was barely any towns u could visit and explore and the sidequests were too hard. It's shame there's no world map, that's wot they need to bring back. Also i'm on level 94ish anf my hp is like 5000?!? CAMECHI89 Posted November 22, 2007 Report Share Posted November 22, 2007 FF12 did change ALOT in terms of the battle system but I still think it was good.It was nice being able to run around while fighting and that. Makes you feel more involved!I have NEVER clocked a final fantasy though. Im pissed, I always get far and then something happenslike I stop playing it or start again.FF7 and 8 were truly sick though (storyline).FF7, 8, 10, 10+2 and 12 Are ALL good IMO Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
