It's sometimes obvious, and it sometimes aint - you might ask them where they're from and they'd say "Half jamaican/african whatever etc..", but wont actively promote the white within them.What I've found with other mixes of races however - "South American/Islanders etc." is that they tend to embrace a mix of their cultures much more...Bottom line if you have been raised in a household with a white and black/ethnic parent, I think the majority of the time you pick up and identify more with that which isnt English, because everyday experiences say its the right thing to do - at school your friends will tend to be like you/have similar interests/same culture etc.Its not really something which can be summed up simply. I used it as an example. Fact is what I said is still right.@Marlon, I agree, but i still beleive it is what the feel they are.Fact is, skin colour plays a big big factor, and as you can never be classed as white when you are mixed (except for maybe like..1%) then people feel they are black..Also if you are mixed you will suffer the same predjudice as being fully black (beign called a nigger, having to deal with the same bollox etc) even SEEING things like the KKK on tv makes you thikn "nah, im distancing myself as far away from that as I can.."...But then it is only what people SEEM like, I dont know what Justin expects. Calling em confused is just very very silly.He says about them leaning toward sides (lets be honest, a lot of these people will have a single parent carign for them) Is it not obvious why they would?...To me this is no different to when people stereotype all black kids (including mixed tbh) in the same way, its always with knowing next to nothing about how the person really is, and taking things at face value...or simply disregarding the outside influences that there are..
