Seat, Audi,VW, skoda etc etc, they always use the golfs self anyway, so it's the same car. Audi's A3 and TT = Golf = Ibiza or leon.

Does anyone here actually own, or has previously owned these cars in order to form a proper opinion on the cars?My Golf hasn't given me any problems so far, it's a good drive and a full tank lasts me at least 2 weeks. It's also quite cheap to keep in good condition as there's lots of garages about that can do the work, which enables me to shop around for the best deal rather than settle for some cowboys quotes.I say, go for a Golf.

tbhToo many people shouting "R32 R32!!"Also, far as I know, the Seat is based on the Polo Shell - alot of the parts were interchangeable (right down to the dashboard) when I had my polo.

go for a golf gt tdi around a 02-53hold there value, if not you will even make money on them in a year or sobut the way diesel prices are going, probs hit £1.50 a litre by the end of the year, could be a different thing

I had my license for about a week when I first got insured. Been about 6 months now.3rd party. Dad on insurance as fully comp.

I know a 17 year old with a Golf anniversay edition 1.8 (or higher) the one with tinted windows an a twin exhaust.He pays around £300 on his dads business, it makes me sick.
