You can just opt to take SP, Betfair prices are slightly better than industry SP, yes, you can also choose the price you want to be matched at but obviously you need someone to take on the bet although it is pretty straight forward as it tells you how much money is queuing up anyhow. Its not really complicated and i'm sure you will be able to work it out yourself..
