Skola
its mad how its gotten to such a point, where the government are actually ignoring the scientists and sacking ppl like david nut and don't want to base their policies on facts but rather on preconceptions and ignorance. spiderman
just watched episode 2 of that "Cannabis: whats the harm" program and its f*ckin jokes how the guy keeps stressing to us (the viewers/smokers) how our money is going towards vietnemese gangs and organised crime and sh*t....but how is that our problem? its the government problem for making it illegal and creating such situations; we aint telling them to do it nor are we telling the gangs to do organised crime, smuggle people and all the other crap that they do. in comparions, take sports trainers.....there are plenty of third world countries were labour is exploited and forced to work in horrible conditions for next to nothing to make those trainers as cheap as possible, in some cases child labour is exploited. im sure most people are aware of this, but it dont stop them buying trainers. the logic they present is just flawed. weed is just weed at the end of the day. its just consumed on the same basis as any other product regardless of the route its come to get to you or what its caused other people to do. more over, weed is a god given right just like water and any other fruit and vegatable that grows.

Good post. That analogy is spot on.
spiderman
also when he went to that weed rehab clinic there was people there that was smoking like more than a 1/4 a day. lol i dont get how you can actually do that. like the effects of one (good spliff) should last a couple hours at least so even if you was smoking all day then you would go through just a bit more than an 1/8 to yourself. that means they must be lighting up like every hour or so lol. more to the point though, how could u physically be that stoned and function. the only way you could do that is if you literally had nothing to do all day and had no responsibilities. but still the main thing i dont get is how they dont get bored of smoking that much and being high all the time. Beavis
Its tolerance, you can get to a point where it hardly gets you high so you keep chasing that high all day.

Mr. Martinez
Also I don't understand how an argument against the legislation of cannabis is made stronger when you acknowledge that some people have been smoking 7 grams a day, and are now f*cked up, in rehab and sh*t. People are beating their wifes, kids, husbands, loosing their jobs, beating up randoms, raping randoms, with the help of alcohol abuse. ON A DAILY BASIS. People throw their life away with the help of alcohol abuse EVERYDAY. Furthermore, ANYONE in England can get hold of cannabis if they wanted to. The whole argument is so absurd, it's a joke.

Pure truth. It is definitely the least harmful drug out there, there is no other drug you could use as regular and suffer such low side effects. Guest Esquilax
I reckon per gram, salt is more detrimental to your health than weed 1
spiderman
the most harmful part of weed is its illegality. the fact that it can get you a criminal record and forces you to deal with drug dealers can cause the most damage. i know a lot of people who i used to blaze with as a teen who are now fully blown criminals doing all sorts of crimes other than drugs. some of them may of ended up that way anyways, but for a lot of them being involved with weed and dealing opened the door to the criminal world and it was definately one of the main drivers to push them that way. its not the substance, its the social situations that arise from its illegality. The Infamous
The Government doesn't ban alcohol because it makes people stupid. Government bans weed because it makes people see straight.. Stupid people are easier to fool /discussions
