After Spain Holland, i struggle to find a truly impressive European side, the likes of France, England, are perennial underachievers who struggle to beat the likes of Algeria who aren't even the best team in Africa, the Copa America showed us that the gap between international sides are getting more narrow each passing day, when you have the likes of Uruguay and Paraguay making the finals at the expense of Argentina, and Brazil it is eye opening.Theres no way that Europe should have 8 more places than the Americas.
