I'm not into the whole massive bi's look.When I started I never had Tri's but naturally had Bi's so I bought tri's up to size while leaving my Biceps.I wanna big chest but in proportioned, defined arms. Not massive.

Just got back from doing shoulders and chest.Wasnt that fun, upped the weight and was feeling it lol.Could of fallen asleep on the bench lol.
lolI can never do chest & shoulders together, after the bench presses, as soon as i get to the shoulder press im completely knackered

carpe do you not realise that you are now pretty much dependent on shakes now. if you stopped training and went cold turkey and stopped taking them, your mass would drop off because your food intake would be nowhere near high enough. On the other hand someone who has 2-3 shakes a day would be able to maintain or only lose a lil bit of muscle.
nah im not. the protein shakes make up 30% of my total protein intake per day. the rest is food, ive had it all calculated to the current amt according to bodyweight and proposed gains. take a mid afternoon snack or meal for me : 2 tins tuna = 34g protein (then carbs as well from sweet potato or mash). then 2hrs later ill have 18g shake, nuts, yoghurt as another meal... then chicken salad sandwich as another but no shake..until another 2hrs..and so on.... so i am infact supplementing not replacing.

Depends which brand you get innit. A majority of chocolate flavours tase nice with milk.Although I advise you to drink them with water after post workout since your muscles need the protein.Breakfast & afternoon I take them with milk.

Ok cool, where do you get it, and how much does it cost.
Depends, i suggest u get it online.Its around 40 quid in the shops but it lasts LONG. Plus the man gave me a student discount so it was all bless.google monster supplements and do a search there, they always give discounts.

^^^^^^you said a shake every 2 hours. what you described above is not a shake every 2 hours. Maybe i misunderstood your original post
yeh my bad, i meant to say i take in good amts of protein every 2hrs. muff im 5'9 82 kgs, or 13. something stone.i use reflex whey too. the isolate one tho. its very good. the deleted post was talking about no xplode and multivitamins.

Question about Dumbbell biscep curls.When i lift the Db to the top, should i squaeze ( sp) by biscep.Aslo is it better to do one arm at a time or both at the same time or dosent it matter.
I prefer one arm, helps me concentrate more and do more repstwo arms id normally be fatiguedi reccommend you add in close grip chin ups and hammer curls too to get some good bicep growth

I'm pissed today. My Dad wanted to take us out for a fry up but I said I didn't wanna go because I'm on the high protein diet and I'd give in to a traditional. So I argued about it and ended up going. Got there, Dad asked me what I wanted to drink, I said pure orange juice. He came back with a J2O. Then I asked what he was getting and he said I've ordered us all full traditional's. I was just thinking thanks a f*cking lot. I wanted Scrambled egg on toast.I'm pissed off.
