Yeah im clean bulking thencut down on junk foodshow many months cutting do u man do?
sorry to sound rude but people need to stop asking this question.cut as gradually or as quickly as you want to. everyones body is different. some man can shave off all the fat in a month. others it will take 3 or 4. just keep slimming until you look in the mirror and think yeh thats criss.if your losing too much muscle up the protein intake accordingly. if you think the fat is coming off too fast do less cardio or eat less carbs

routine looks good, but like sam said, theres so much stuff out there, one can get sidetracked. i also prefer watching videos of how it works rather than just text, ive seen some of his videos though. ive been following that Glass coach videos posted here from bodybuilding.com his techniques are sick, just slight variations that go a long way. concentrating on my upper chest by his formula has worked wonders in just bout 4 weeks, and the new gym here is SICK, and yeah like pple say there must be something in america's water cos how da fook have i been able to go frm just about managing to bench 100k with the bar in the UK to 4 weeks later on sunday to 265Lbs = 120kg biggrin.gif gonna see where it all takes me by december cos even weight wise when ive still doing my regular cardio ive gone from 13.4 to 13.8 in 5days.

Yes carpe, u have broken the 100k benchmark (no pun)I aint still aint passed 90k yet, but I know end of this month I willThose Glass videos are sick, like you said I do some variations. My shoulders have grown and much stronger due to him.Whats the gyms saying over there, I am guessing they are sickWhere you staying, try go to Venice beach if you are in that area

Yep, i get my meat & fish cheap from iceland innit so its all good.Probably treat myself to a big mac or a subway once every two weeks.Are u still bulking?

Vegeta how long you been pumping now and how much you bench?
Bin pumping for seriously for 6 months now. I'm 150-152lbsWith dumbbells i can bench about 70kg for my one rep max, dunno about barbells though, i have very little experien with them since i've only joined a serious gym 1 month ago.

sam in not near venice beach lol, thats further south. i wish i was, cos its warm all yr round there, im north east cali, the gym is massive, bigger than anything ive seen in UK, but woudl be based on the availability of space, and cos they are very competitive in sports so they will have a very good gym, it has an indoor athlectics track and 5 pools. being good doesnt guarantee anyone size still lol. vegeta work your way into using DBs, just start off low, they help your barbell presses and develop your arms faster.

My old gym just had smith machines so i couldn't really workout how much i can bench with barbells.So i had to stick with dumbbells. I'm currentley doing incline barbell bench presses. When i get to doing flat benches ill see innit.But with dumbbells ive made some good strength/size gains

i remember my brother ordering some sh*t like the stuff you lot are talking aboutit looked like some industrial powder , he said it tasted rank , but it worked though.
