  5. even if u do slip for a week its minor, a couple good sessions in the gym and you get back on form, everyone has a bad week. my bad weeks come everyother week and coincide with me working nights, no gym and not eating as good as i should be for 5-6 day, but then ill have 10-12 days of goodness, f*ck shift work. but only 2 more weeks till im in france until may, i will need to find a gym there or ill be back at being a skinny runt again
  6. at first it was just something to do cus i was bored. liked the initial results and got hooked, fitness got better, my mood was better, i look so much better, getting girls is easier.just makes me realise that over weight people who go on diets generally dont see results for long cus they revert back to their old way, they need commitment and to enjoy exercise

  8. my legs dont seem to be up for it anymore, doing squats today could only do about 50k comfortably, which is much lower than i have done previously about 20-25k less. pathetic

    24/7 is a hbo series that follow the boxers in the run up to the fight, its a sick show can usually catch them on youtube.probs another hour till the fight, lol at this santos guy on the undercard fight and his horrific tribal tattoo's and thinning hair, hope he gets knocked out

  15. just about to head for the gym, first time in a week and i feel like sh*t. also going on my own for a change so gonna need to be strict with the sets and weights and p*ssy outhopefully just gonna smash it and get that good post gym feeling.
  16. £6 thats sick. drink is expensive over there thothe girls are actually amazing flirt like crazy and know how to party, visited my friend out there and went a bar and the vibe was crazy everyone was just up on tables dancing and going nutsmake sure u get a shot of fernet over there. its awful at first, but u grow to love it
  17. it wnt reallyi dropped 4 on monday went gym on wednesday and it was an average sessionThen went yesterday and it was the best session i have had in like a monthnah im never taking them again, as soon as i got in, i thought that this isnt worth it, the whole next day felt like sh*t and work last night i felt like i had the flu. i feel fully depressed for a few days before i get over it.not worth it anymore

  21. ive just realised that at my work there is alot of whey powder lying about, (about 8tonnes) smells like bad milk, but ivr got 2kg of the stuff, and im gonna mix a scoop in with my synergy and see how it goes.

    i need to work on my traps, what exerciese apart from shrugs can i do?my upper back is pretty sick atm, across the back of my shoulders i am very defiened and have good shape, ive been attacking my lats the past couple of weeks too and they are coming along nicely, going round the side joining up with my abs.lower back is good too, but dont deadllift much, i start my new gym tomorrow, and will check my form is good with the overly frendly hench jamanan guy
