my diet and training have lost a bit of motivation recently, im still hitting the gym but not with the same intensity as a few weeks back, generally dont have the energy levels, this coming from my diet falling off.i really find it difficult to consume a lot of calories, and a lot of the time i cant be bothered forcing my self. also this is in part to my sleeping patterns of getting up late (which over the past 2 weeks have been influenced by working nights) the worst part is loosing stream a month before im going traveling so want to be lookng my best when im out there. but it does mean i still have chance to get back on@kane is it all nuts? ive recently become hooked on cashews and pistachio's 100g pack of cashews cost 60p and have 20g protein and nearly 600 calories. smashing a pack of these is a very easy thing to do. i absolutely hate peanuts and peanut butter toosesame seeds have pretty similar nutritional value and u could easily be thrown in with rice dishes (not that ive tried it, as it just occured to me) sunflower seeds have 25g of protein per 100g too and all are a good source of fat too

training while unemployed is the best. providing u have some funding of course. keep at the pull ups, body weight exercises are very effective

dealing with what feels like food poisoning now, been sick and got some serious abdominal pains, i need sleep but i cant, only positive is thats it wud be illegal for me to go to worj in the morning if i suspect food poisoning

http://www.timinverm...ss/boosttes.htm if u just did these exercises alone, you wud probs just end up strong, bulky, with little definition. all of those exercise u listed are in my routine, but its still important to isolate and work individual muscle groups

safe, something has to give. i usually train back first, which sometime means im a f*cked for bi's. i have a fairly big back routine too. but did bi's first this morning so i could give it more effort, which seemed to work well, but im deffo gonna do the 6x4 and make sure i have a gym buddy to help me force the last few reps out

well ive gained approx half a stone now 11.1deadlift of 95ksquatting 70k- although i shud be able to add a lot more to this, ive been neglecting legs recently as im starting to out grow jeansand as for bench ive been using db's and im using 32k and banging out 5 good reps and will hit 8 with a spotter/ asssistand i have another 2 weeks left of my 3 week challenge, i shud have been more ambitious

last year my biceps were my best feature, stopped gym for 5 months and have been back on it hard since may, and my bi's are now pathetic! i dunno how/why as i am doing the same routine. its made worse as now my tri's are nice and my shoulders are bigger than ever, and there is just a void at the front of my arm nowim currently doingpreacher curl- 1 warm up set for inner and outer on ez-curl barpullups 3x to failthen 20k+the bar 2x 10 inner grip 2x 20 outer gripthen 10k+ bar 2x 12 inner and outerhammer curls across the body with a twist at top to hit the outer head of the bi 8k 3x12 4k 2x to failand sometimes straight hammer curls with the same weight as abovesuggestions and routines please

just had a serving of my brother ON gold standard whey in mint choc flavour! wow it tastes so nice, if i wasnt going away next month id buy some for my everyday use. not just for the flavor but its good stuff too

never used to do much of an ab/ core workout, just planks and side planks. never do sit up/ crunches as my back and hips crack and its unnervingdeveloped my routine to this now http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=57UYMvsdP8g these are serious, u will need some good existing strength to preform these. hanging leg raises- still need to improve these, still a lot of swing in my body

you really might have damaged yourself. your body might now be used to taking in a lot of calories, so when there is a deficit of calories it takes all of the fats from your diet and stores them.nice little experiment
