no harm in a multi vitamin in any diet imoanyone had wheat-grass i had some in thailand and was told it is some super food, ridiculous amounts of nutrients in there, very expensive though

no i dont buy that one little bit. doormen forget that they are there to welcome guests into a bar/club not try to stare them down, bully and fight people. i got my sia qualification through a previous job working in a bar, meaning i could work as a doorman, not that i have the physical presence desire to do it. a lot of these guys on the door dont have the intelligence, maturity or discretion to properly diffuse situations so they just start throwing people out and ask no questions. most license problems i had to deal with at this bar generally came from the f*ck*ng door staff and police complaints. too many dumb guys who can only assert themselves through being an unreasonable d*ck and aggressive

u would need hit them so the icicle goes straight too, it will be plenty strong enough if all the weight of a thrust went through the thing and not go in at an angle

they did a test on mythbusters, and if it drops from a roof it can go thru your skull, but i know for a fact that generally these are too brital to kill people my choice would have to be a katana or double swords

C/S I do it on back day also and 1st thing toodefo back, but they work your glutes massively too. i find that when i do leg press if u put the seat as close as u can get to the board and putting your legs as high as possible, u work the glutes really well, and this will help your deadlift and squats a lot

yh i had dengue fever while in thailand, which meant no energy, appetite the worst joint pains ive ever felt and not to mention no chance of solid shits for like a week. not good when ur trying to minimise the effects of not training

5x5 is more of a strength program than a bb/mass program.if u want pack on muscle mass quickly ur better of with other programs imo.id say for a beginner the 5x5 for 2-3 months is a great introduction, building strength and then focusing on size is the way to go

just got back from 6 weeks between australia and thailand and ive lost nearly a stone. i never want to see thai food again, and i dont wanna ever be too thrifty to make a nutritious meal in australia again.gym time again, it will be painful, it will be rewarding!

machines have their advantages especially the ones with a 'cam'(i think this is the right word) where they tighten up at the key point of the movement, giving more focus.i do my main exercises where possible on free weights, then cables then machines. i often use machines with a drop set routine for max pump

my full leg day last week fully killed me, doing calf raises for the first time in a year left me unable to stand up quickly and going down stairs was a serious effort, ive never felt pain like it from the gym, but the squats are still good after being a little bit neglected

injections in each arm, and they are the ones that hurt for ages, my left arm especially iis killing, no training for a few ays, just about managed legs and abs yesterday before the pain really kicked in

well some one showed it to me in the pub, and got me to hold the band, and i stoood on one leg and they pushed down on my arm and i stayed balanced. where as when they did it without the band and two legs i lost balance quikly.but i did the test with one leg holding a beer, and it had the same effect as with power band.

ive tried one, and it does oddly work and i was tempted to buy one, but im very serious when i say if u hold a beer in your hand and do the tests its the same result. i think its just focusing on something tbhid consider buying one if they were cheaper, and remember its a hologram on a rubber band
