its a process even in the Netherlands its not perfect i was speaking to a local here, saying that because its not technically legal, there's no proper regulation on the process, the possibility of smoking chemicals from unapproved fertilisers and possibly doing ourselves harm is apparent, things they'd never approve to be used on food can be used on the cannabis plant arguably the safer thing would be to allow people to grow their own on a small scale, but that doesn't introduce an effective new form of income for the country the demand is real though, we're obviously missing out on huge potential

DJs and MCs are one thing, by being on these shows their name gets out and they have potential to get bookings and such but you think the show runners/producers/etc who don't get promotion out of contributing to the thing for free should just "shut tf up"? how is it any different for those guys than in the other industries I mentioned?

nah its legit issue these guys have no idea how they're gonna make money from being music, but they hear about people in their workplace being paid stable salaries, and they see a 75" TV appearing in their office for no reason its the same issue as the fashion industry, and the film industry, and the events (concert/festival/club/etc) industry, being run on volunteer work - where several people are sure they're doing a good job, but can't understand how to get paid its stress just because its the norm doesn't mean its bless and they should stay quiet people need to be able to feel like there is a point and a means to their work
