millions of views != sales bare rappers have gone on to get millions of views and only to drop off 6 months later. what these labels want is someone is who is consistent and can sell and nines have been getting millions of views ever since that sbtv warmup session dropped. the guys is one of the very few rappers i can think of who has came into the scene with no cosign and has been able to maintain the same buzz, the aj'd out video was supposed to drop on linkuptv originally but they didnt want to shoot it. And the reason no one singed him before was because the uk rap game was dead for a while rappers who were signed getting dropped k koke benny banks even giggs was flopping there are bare rappers who signed all kind of deals this years even unknow random ones lol. uk rap is popping now and these labels want to reinvest in the scene, at the end of the day record deal = investment labels are not going to invest in someone that cannot make them money.
