use assets that make artists happy and want to stick around (limos, jets, etc).Say you donât have money to sign 50 Cent, but someone else did you. You can let them sign it, bribe them to your label, BUT youâre responsible for maintaining their contract after that (i.e. YOU have to pay them, keep them happy, or else theyâll go right back).You canât just go sign Tupac like you would go and sign MF DOM. You have to earn Tupac, and then Tupac comes to you. You earn them in contests, you unlock them by finding hidden features, etc. And no, weâre not just saying âIf you make a lot of money, youâll get a hidden artistâ because they are plenty of you out there just ad stackinâ (an issue weâll be addressing shortly) making loot, but thatâs not going to earn them either.Lots of people visit YouTube, and so those who ran ads on YouTube were finding huge success. However, word spread through the leagues about this and *a lot* of people started buying YouTube ads. This has led to an over-saturation of YouTube ads, reducing their effectiveness for EVERYONE.
