Gambino
Suppose you need a router to get your PS3 going and ive heard others say they use the PS3 with AOL, Yet when i spoke to them and on their site they say they are not compatible with it so ive not got a clue. Gonna ring them and get a MAC Code, switch providers.AOL are the famous "If we dont sell it we don't support it" so they will always say that with regards to anything.Remember when I 1st set up a router on AOL back in the days when their support team didnt know squat on routers.I even remember when I set up a AOL account using just the AOL USB modem DUN connection and not needin to install the AOL software. But easiest thing is get your MAC and start the transferin. If you do live quite far from the exchance though. Be prepared to get slow speeds regardless of provider on ADSL.Im 830 metres from my exchange. on 2mb broadband my speed test comes up like 1995kbps. Hendrix
I know no one has said it anyway but under no circumstances shaould Orange be considered. You may or may not have noticed that i havnt been on here for some time. Reason being... Orange are sh*t!I've now transferred to Zen. Had a few 'teething' problems but their tech support is very good. Recommended...
