IMO, there's absolutely NO way possible, that Avram Grant can guide Chelsea to the League. Chelsea will lose a few points in the upcoming fixtures just because they'll need to recuperate. Plus, the resilliency that Mourinho instilled in them will have gone...So the Arsenal, 'Pool & Man Utd supporters, how happy are you with Jose's departure and what do you think it means to your team's chance of success?

Still think its between Liverpool and Man U.I have never thought we, Arsenal, will challenge anyway regardless of the good start we have had. Just feel we can not sustain it. (I hope I am wrong)

I care not for anyone else.God could be managing Chelsea for all i care.Arsenal all the way.I dnt think Chelsea will auto fade, they are still a quality team. All remains to be seen.But would have been nice 2 win the league with Special one @ Chelsea, cos if Chelsea dnt win the league '' If mourinho was still here etc....etc.....''

No theres a title challenging team right there for this grant guy to work with. Don't underestimate him just yet he's got a good record as israel coach. Anyway new manager sometimes inspires players bar Terry, Cech, Lampard, essien, Drogba whos place is cemented everyone else has got a chance to stake a claim to being in the starting 11. Who knows it could be players like SWP, shevchenko and Ballack who really stand up now.

Agree with this. World class players all over the shop. They can and probably will still challenge.

i think all this does is test chelsea as a teami cant c man like terry failing 2 ensure his team go 2 old trafford & put on a resilliant display at least& like TF said next 5 games+players responses r keybut it will b interesting 2 c how their team sets up when drogba+lampard r backsame goes with ballack

I still think Chelsea will still be in the race for the title.Look at the talent the squad has, you cant just dramatically fall off the race just because a world class manager has left. Yes, it was him that orchestrated Chelsea's play to two consecutive league titles, but I cant say that this Avram Grant will make a drastic change for the worse.Nah, never that. They'll still be competing.

no normally we have flopped it by now, so thats wrong. in the second half of the season we always get stronger.

The league is still a four horse race I believe. We might drop if Fergie continues to accommodate Giggs.
yep basicallybut i still thinks its liverpools to lose, got the strongest squad and Benitez probably needs it the most however if they flop a couple games will he switch his priorities?Fergie has already signalled his intentions this season by his tactics, hes going for Europe 100%Arsenal will be very confident HOWEVER they WERE underdogs but now with there good start and Mourinho gone they will be amongst favourites again.... can they handle the pressure?I dunno its gnna be very tight as i said to TF i can see TWO teams slippin out of the top 4 if they dont get a move on
