Right... along my travels 2day found myself on Battersea Park Road. Went through Camb city, Oval.. None of dem posh sides.Now I know this has never been congestion charge but tru say they extended it innit and I aint paid 2 much attention to that..N e ways lenged it down Battersea Park Road dwn to Wandworth sides. Just 1 long stretch innit.Now the question is.. Does any one have the knowledge of if I have slipped and should I just pay the £8 before 10pm wait till 2moz and cough up a 10ner or await a PCN... (if I've slipped that is)I've looked at the map just now.. & I cant see none of the roads I used being in the zone and I dun f*ck think WANDWORTH is. So I should be bless. But thought I would ask same ways.
