Take stress leave for 4 weeks and when confronted state loss of sleep and shock from such revelations in the book from a manager in such a position.Then go for constructive dismissal, stating the content of the book caused you to go through a very rough period and you felt no other alternative as you were being bullied by the 3 of them and then claim bare p's.Take it to HR and take your union rep with you.
