PS2/3 I use d-pad and its my preferred choice to be honest, it feels more responsive and accurate and Im used to it.XBOX/360 and PSP I use analogue because they are better than the dpad but that is console based rather than game I reckon.

jesusthis is what i cant deal with on 360f*ck ANALOGdirectional pad is the ONLY optionbut on the 360 pad,the positioning of the directional buttons is slightly lower than the functional buttonsmakes it bare awkward using thembut the analog is just not cutting itwhich is y i have ordered an adapter,cant w8 4 that 2 arriveaint played 360 4 time

Where did you order the adapter from?Im looking to murk a few guys online, but this analog ting aint for me on pro.

D-PAD everytimeAnalogue for tricks and precision passing.

d pad but when using the 360 u have to use anologue coz of the 360 d pad is funny

I switch between... dpad for skills and set pieces analouge for the rest..All this stuff about pressing unrecognised directions when using sticks is bollox... if you cant control thumb sticks ur lost imo lol

Analouge, never really used the D-Pad....it all comes down to personal preference really....

Anolog to control the player, dont use the right anolog stick. I use anolog on everygame, d pad makes my thumb ache and its less smooth and more stiff.Anolog is better for me, alot smoother, people who aint use it proberly just wont give it time to get used to it.I used to use d pad like way back in pro 1 when my friends used anolog but now i use anolog and the mess with d pad.

depends on the situation. I use the sticks for dead balls but the pad for freeplay
