JJ Posted February 5, 2008 Report Share Posted February 5, 2008 Agbonlahor is as much of a winger as Rooney.He's played there about 3 or 4 times this season.And when he does it's against big teams, cos he works hard.He has absolutely no craft when he plays wide, he does nothing offensively, just a sick defensive job. JJ Posted February 5, 2008 Report Share Posted February 5, 2008 James,Richards, Ferdinand, Terry, ColeCole, Gerrard, Hargreaves, Young,Rooney, Owen.The personel isn't the problem, the management was.The only thing England need is discipline and tactical awareness.Capello will bring this.Hopefully he will give the right players power as well.Also, England can't play anything other than 4-4-2 IMO.The 4-3-3 thing works at club level because the players work on it every day, we don't have the right personnel for it and they arn't used to playing it with the England players.It won't work.4-4-2 is second nature to English players, everyone knows how to play it well.
