L Posted February 16, 2008 Report Share Posted February 16, 2008 I was upping my weights on the bent over rows yesterday and while my arm and back had the strength, i just couldnt hold onto it for more than 4 reps..Is there any way to improve your grip? Carpe_Deum Posted February 16, 2008 Report Share Posted February 16, 2008 buy wrist straps and use them with the gloves, sometimes this grip thing is also just fatiguei dont like wrist straps myself that often. but i notice some days i can grip and do dead lifts well, and other days i cant get good gripbeen told its just down to fatigue which you may not notice, until then.
