If you havent got much of a window to eat then high calorie foods are exactly what you need.. Gym wont really effect whether you keep size or not, consuming your regular daily calories will.. Studies have shown that it doesnt matter if you have 100 calories an hour for 20 hours or a 2000 cal meal once aslong as your getting your maintenance calories in you wont lose much size .. Roid heads on the other hand.. Say goodbye to your gains lol (1 of the many downsides to steds)

Not really its more about trial and error, getting to know your own body.. You dont have to be exact though if your currently staying around the same weight then you prob ent far off..just start consuming 2500 calories a day and go from there or just make sure when your eating 'window' opens you eat as much as you would eat in a normal day
