Ari Gold Posted November 19, 2008 Report Share Posted November 19, 2008 I do around 5 sets with 5-7 repsMy first 2 sets i do both hands over the bar3rd and 4th i do one over one under, and swap over the next setLast set i go lighter and mainly work on grip strength so i try and hold it longer.
