exclusive club?
it will be one of those numbers clubs.e.g the 300 club = people who can bench 300lbs (136kg) for 10 reps. 400 club is 400lbs. 500 club is 500lbs etcive heard some people say its only for 1rms as well though. so im not completely sure

im on the 100+ kg goali can bench 30 a side + the olympic bar for 5 repsand 25 a side + bar for 12 repsso i aint that far offbut im kinda stuck at this weight and have been for a while :(im only 10 stones and abit so i aint that fusseddunno wot my max 1 rep is never tried it
What do you do when you go gym? Do 3 sets of 5-6 reps of the 30 a side for a few weeks. You should bump up after.

Lol at anyone that goes to the gym on friday or monday.
u can gojust dont do the noob exercises.u wont have a hope in hell if u wna bench or bicep curlsquat racks will be free as always though. so would an area to do deadlifts. go but just bang out a legs or back workout.
