How do you maintain it carpe?I'm around 12% but my chest doesn't seem as ripped as his, maybe it's due to lower development
mainly eating healthy throughout the yr and high intensity cardio and martial arts. bodyfat distributes differently around our bodies its possible that 2 pple can have 12% bodyfat and one person will have more visible abs.
