Workers out there.Are you constantly on the munch at work?What's your typical daily meal break down?Started back on my training this week, and I've decided I need to increase my meals to gain weight (looking to put on around a stone in the next 2-3 months).Typical Day- Wake at 6.30am- Porridge & Toast (3 or 4 Vogel Slices)Now by come 11 at work, I'm f*ck*ng starving, but up until now I haven't ate anything until lunch which I tend to have quite late (between 2 and 3).So just say I have lunch at 3, which will (depending on what I've made/not made) consist of the something typical:- Large Soup/Two Large loaves (rolls) of brown bread. P.S. This is double the serving they usually give, I always ask for two.By the time I get home around 7, I'm once again starving, so will eat dinner around half 7, 8 o clock. Again this meal is usually meat intensive, and a fairly large amount. A lot of the time it could be lentils/rice/fish/dumplings which is something I make quite a lot.Basically, I want to know those of you who are at work/busy a lot, how you arrange what you eat, and what exactly you do eat.It takes a hell of a lot of effort for me to put on weight, so I'm considering just taking this N Large sh*t in a flask and having it in between when I get marving at work.I've digressed a bit but hardgainers help a brother out.Thanks

They say I'm always eating at work. Contstantly joking about how much I eat and stuff. I work with mostly women so they're just wishing they could eat what I eat without getting fat.Breakfast - Honey nut cornflakes with a banana in them9.30 - Medium Mocha (the milk holds my hunger for another hour)10.30 to 11 - chick and bacon sandwich1.30 to 2 - lunchOn a gym day then next thing I have is my shake after the gym, then dinner, then scambled eggs before bed.On a non-gym day I will have dinner next, then eggs, then a shake before bed.

a chicken wrap and spicy chicken pasta from somerfield before i get to workabout 12 i have my break so i eat a chicken salsa wrap from the shop near by (or chips and beans)come 2pm when i normally have lunch i wont eat nothing till near the end of the hour anyway, if i do ill have a drink or sutinbreak at 5pm im usually starving, buy another chicken wrap and something on the side like a bag of crispsfinish at 7 get back to the ends at about 8 suttin, if im hungry ill get a chicken meat and chips (which will be me for the night) or ill jus go home and eat pasta or rice or suttin

u spend alot of money on premade food on a daily basisshould attempt to make sum of ur own
