Is it possible to 'develop' work ethic?

Big Boss, you chat sh*t still.You're assuming that we're saying work ethic ALONE works.Obviously work ethic alone ain't a guarantee of success.A mix of talent, work ethic, charisma & luck, are all needed.Can't believe I had to state something so obvious.

I like to do the jobs that everyone else hates because I know after it's all said and done it'll strengthen my resolve, even if I don't get any form of praise/money. 99% of the population aren't willing to do that and that fact alone pushes me on.

To answer the question the ability to work hard for no reward can definitely be developed but it's a long boring process. I can't remember who it was earlier than mentioned most make it a habit of when they're younger which I think to be massively true, whereas I actively have to force myself.
