dnt have a stringent 1 food wise, just avoid carbs like the plague, except for fridays when i have a cheat mealwill give you a ruff ideabreakfast: 3 scrambled eggs mid-morning snack: bananalunch: 3 pieces of chicken and a piece of fruitsnack: may have a can of tuna with a bit of cheese sprinkled on for added flavourdinner: steak/chicken/salmon/beef etc with large salad or vegetables

Careful that when you cheat on Fridays it doesnt kick you out of Ketosis, considering it takes a few days to get in. It may not end up worth it.
hun you dont need to go on a diet, you're perfect as you are.

Think u got the wrong person, brah.Anyway if youve been on this diet before and kept on track by using keto strips then you will know what im talking about.

Cant gain weight 4 sh*t. A normal day goes somethng like this.4-6 weetabixPeanut butter on toast x 2Chicken baguetEgg on toastAnd dinner varies but moretime it will contain chicken. A regular is chicken breasts, jacket potatoes and beans.Plus I eat plenty of fruit and drink alot of milk
I assume you don't wanna use shakes? If you do, scrap the weetabix and replace with a shake. Dunno what the peanut butter on toast is doing there but replace it with some fish. You also need another meal before bed.

Yh the peanut butter is 100% and I use wholegrain. I have it around 9 at work followed by a banana and a pint of milk. I hate fish, my least favourite food. I do have protein shakes but I dnt tke them as much as I should. I did consider gomad but I couldnt stomach that.also coz I work in a builders yard im walking up and down for 9 hours a day and lifting sh*t im burnin alot of cals
