Dark/Blick version of IP Board?

The computer game backgrounds have got to gooooo

The best skin was one you kept for like half a day in 09.. It was dark, with grey and blue..

What is the reason for only having 3 selectable skins at a time? Why cant there be a choice of 6 or 7?
