Yeah I found when I blazed a lot I never had dreams

When I cut down I had the craziest ones, and slept better too

I must be one of the few ppl who jumps straight out of bed when the alarm goes? Mines set for 6.30 atm so wouldn't want to set it any earlier.

If u don't have 2 get up too early, snooze can be nice - but its ur main chunk of sleep that makes the differnce if u ask me.

Did 120 press ups, watch Rhianna on on demand and had a power bash. Swear was a sleep within 30 minutes and slept from 11.30 till about 8pm. truss i feel live today.

Did the same again yesterday just added in MOTD. worked a treat. Rooms gotta be warm though or it won't work.
