6 hours sleep

All man gets these days, sum f*ckry ting jah know. No matter how much mans beasting in the gym or how long work is can't sleep for more than 6 hours. Diets decent and a nigga aint stressed. Even bussin off a few times a day don't work no more. wtf.

Well how do you feel? If u ain't shattered, go with it. Week days I get 7 max 5.5 min...just need a nap on Friday after work and I'm ok...catch up at the weekend tho

If you need to fix your sleeping pattern than make sure you are shattered one night and then go to bed at the proper hour

dont take drugs to do it

I've been trying for ages though. Last night I was watching a movie with my flatmates, felt tired at about 12, so went to bed, didn't get to sleep until about 7 :/

Worked for 15 days straight with traces of raving in between. Today was my first day off, the 12 hours sleep I got last night was immense. Them ones where you're so refreshed and feel ready for anything.

Im lucky if i get 5 hours, if your doing everything right then your body is just waking up when its naturaly ready.. make it work for u.

Thats because your probably a bum, no offense.

If you sit around all day eventually you will become mentally fatigued through boredom or otherwise and feel you need to sleep but your body wont be tired so you may not be able to, or vice versa

do some hard physical activity, play football, basketball, go for a run, whatever

Then go home, eat at a proper time

have a wank, then go to bed

you should be able to fall asleep

Make sure you dont sleep for too long the next day either - sleeping for 12 hours will only make you wake up tired and youll continue the cycle

the best way to get a good sleeping routine is to have a good daily routine

i.e breakfast at a certain time, then gym, then work, then etc etc etc

you cant really have a random day shcedule all the time and expect to be able to sleep same time every night

I'd love to be able to get 6 hours sleep.

to be fair a lot of people on here complaining about not being able to sleep (myself included in this) are sitting up half the night on vip/facebook/etc then wondering why they are laying in bed for hours wondering why they cant get to sleep

Been using Sleep Cycle for the past week.

Averaged 8hours a night.

7 hours 56 minutes for me over a month

Although that takes into account a couple of 11 hour Saturdays.
