Roy Batty Posted January 3, 2011 Author Report Share Posted January 3, 2011 Cos unless it is at the very very tip of the hit box, U1 is guaranteed on block or hit vs his cr.HP so Rufus cannot zone at all.And it is also guaranteed vs FADC backdash EX Messiah kick so it puts him in a bad position if he wants to mash reversal. And tbh Rufus only has 950 stun so a normal combo f*cks him up already. Tagging an extra 100 dmg on the end isn't that worth it when you can dizzy him off 2 combos.
