What Animals You Eaten?

You know what to say I'm the person that would eat anything and try anything I haven't eaten much animals which aint fair...I want to try everything hear snake nice and kangaroo....I would try anything

That guy who did a cookery programme on roadkill apparantly says squirrel nice I wouldn't mind trying that..

Apart from the norm i.e. Chicken, goat, cow, pig etc

I've had snails, squid, rabbit, tripe (sheep stomach)

I want to stop eating pork though.. the smell of cooked pork doesn't sit well with me any more.

Tried Ostrich, Wilderbeast and Kangaroo from some place on line.

The Kangaroo was sickening, soft as paper mache.

Ostrich was too rich for me, tasted like a steak which had been soaked in red wine for 10 years.

Wilderbeast I would have again, very firm and has a pleasant taste with little seasoning.
