Doesn't really feel like they did anything to Viper, but the ultra nerf you can feel it. Certain I'm looking at the health bar thinking it's over and it's not. And as for the EX seismo nerf it isn't too bad, except for against Ken. Shit is not nice at all.

No more throw invincibility.  Sometimes I have done it literally to catch lose pokes and the persons happens to try and throw and I lose.  I personally think it wasn't necessary but whatever.

I'm very happy with thisthe amount of times I've gone to throw you thinking "nah he wouldnt dare"only to get blown up -_-
