Nah, on a real though, how long does it take for your guts to get used to Whey Protein? I NEVER got such disgusting foul wind when I was playing football seriously ad banging out the Creatine. It's so bad it even makes ME feel ill.
One one do you take?My one is nice, only downside is it gives a a bloated stomach for a good 1 hour.
I'm going through some of that body fortress sh*t at the moment. Before that is was using some Maximuscle stuff.
Don't use body fortress bullcrap. Even the yanks complain about it.Apparentley its high in sugar or some sh*t like that.I bought a body fortress weight gainer a while ago and it was utter shite.

ok man just signed up to a gym last wk tryin to lose waight & tone up & then take it from there any tip on what i sud be eating ?im just doin bare cardio & lil waights at the mo i go 4 like an hr a day (just wk days )

I only bought it cos I couldn't be f*cked to go through the long process of ordering online again. I was passing H&B and just bopped in picked the one with the least Carbs and highest protein percentage.But both the Body Fortress and Maximuscle lenged out my entire belly. If it wasn't for unbelievable acts of self control I would have killed 50 people who went to watch Transformers the other weekend.

Eat clean fods, cut the junk to once or twice a week.How much do u weight?

body fortress is crap, thats why you feel bloated, even their creatine is crap too. ordering online is a good option cos you save.. some of the best sites ive been recommended are discount-supplements.co.uk, myprotein.co.uk, muscleform.co.uk, studentsupplements.co.ukthere are 3 main types of whey protein available to buy.. 1: whey isolate (which is the purest and best type of one to buy) its also tyhe most expensive one. then there is the matter of who makes what ur buying. bigger companies have invested more in quality testing etc (apart from muscletech!!!!!) so their isolate would be better.. ive seen some cheap protein isolate frm little unknown companies so i wouldn't buy from them.the second best type is protein blend whey.. this is a blend of protein isolate and protein concentrate. it again depends on the makers, and the smaller companies would make it 80% concentrate with 20% isolate..while some genuine companies like MetRx would make it the other way round or near abouts. the 3rd type - is protein concentrate. this is the bodyfortress type of protein.. its not terrible but makes many people bloated and is the least amt of pure protein, also its packed with carbs and sugar, and also imagine what the cheap companies will put in it. so when buying protein look out for what is what. check the ingredients, any protein with more than 5% carbs in one scoop is crap, unless its a weight gainer, or meal replacement. buying online allows you to check reviews of certain products. i mainly use discount supplements.co.uk ..... but ive used all those above b4 and they have good quality stuff. for protein brands... im currently using reflex whey isolate.

Carpe i joined Dowe Dynamics down Archway, looks sick for PROPER weights. I swear i wasinda intimidated by all the massive weights/machines.Staff were safe aswell. Have a 1 month membership, if im happy ill extend to a year, if not ill join the one in covent garden.

www.myprotein.co.uk best prices you'll find online.Protein shakes are great, if your on the move and need your 3 hour protein intake, i always carry a shaker with a scoop of whey in.When im bulking i try and get as much protein as i can from foods but when cutting down i do use shakes more than i should.I also saw a few posts about training program. Always base a program around what you like to do in the gym, only because your mate has got a big chest and does alot of bench but your not to keen on bench you can get a big chest like your mate without hittin the bench.Im just coming off a bulk and sitting at 15 stone 2 i started cutting today only allowing myself a small amount of carbs in the morning to fuel me through my training at 10am. But i know what works for me and what doesnt.Props to Carpe he seems to know what hes talking about i gotta give him respect for that. Nutrition is just as important as training, i know so many people who go gym 3-4 times a week but are out drinking and eating junk 3-4 nights of the week too, they will gain, but not as quick as others who keep themselves in check.

LOL at ergh. Why ergh? you think because im 15 stone im holding alot of bodyfat? Does diet and training not come into account of my weight? If i trained but didnt eat to support my training then i wud be saying ergh myself. Since i've bulked my waist size as gone up but not a massive amount. The only thing i can say is i have lost alot of definition thats why ive started cutting.You dont understand my background of weight. 3 years ago i was obese at 17 stone with minimal muscle mass. Now im at 15 stone holding majority of muscle mass. But like ive said now im cutting i want to start showing some of my quality.Quality outweighs Quanitity. I live by that saying.Carpe are you one of those guys who pose on myspace with your top off showing a 6pack but have no mass at all and girls comment you saying ''wow look how hench you are'' if so never comment on me again.. If your holding nice mass then i retract my comment.

Training weights with a good workout regime and a good diet id say 2 years! The guys who i train with now 1's a ex-powerlifter got loads of trophys the other guy is a bodybuilder and is HUGE! so the guys im with now i cant go wrong. Im the youngest in the group the rest are like 40 plus. So they'm old skool and strict as hell.When i feel the times right i'll upload a few pictures. I kno man will comment but a real gym head will look at it from a different angle.

Yeah i remember seein them pics, u got some nice mass bro. I train in Wolves so u wouldnt know. The thing is with me. i got big shoulders and a big back so im really wide. Ill upload some pics soon.Props to Carpe, i retract my comment.

hhaha nah t-dan my erghhh was a mixture of "you must be massively hench, and you must be a big bulk of bodyfat/muscle"5'6 is short no offense, but thats pretty much the avg bodybuilder height anyways. i also imagined that you may have the powerlifter type of build,.. some people stick with that, while others then get very lean. I have a friend who's 13stone and also 5'6 but looks like a beast, but he's very lean.. and theres another guy at the gym who is around 5'6/5'7 too and weight about 16st...very strong, but is more of the powerlifter build. as for the myspace comment, i used to be that guy lol.. but decided to put on mass and i gone frm 11-13st in a yr so nah.. if the girls do comment, its justified!

I usually do 6 sets but 2 of them are usually warm up, after warm up sets afterwards i usually do 4-5 sets if i do more i start burning out and fail to hit the reps. I aim for 8-10 rep usually but when im hitting personal bests anythin between 2-5 im happy with.
