The witnesses claim that Daniele and her man weren’t just doing kissing stuff in their car, they were full-on front seat fucking. The witnesses say that Daniele straddled Brian in the passenger seat and the door was wide open so everyone got a clear view of their afternoon delight show. After they finished, they cleaned up their fuck parts with a Kleenex.

In the piece of audio given to TMZ, the cop tells Daniele and Brian that someone called them claiming that “lewd acts” were going down in a car and he needs to see their IDs. Daniele refuses, says they did nothing wrong and adds, “Do you know how many times the cops have been called just for me being black? I’m just being honest.” The cop responds with, “Who brought up the race card?” Daniele tells the cop that if he wants to see her ID, he can take her down to the court office and she’ll cause a scene. Daniele then says, “I have a publicist and I work as an actor in this studio.” “I have a publicist!” is the new “Google me, you dumb f*ck.” Daniele’s dad is still on the line and she tells him that she has every right to make out with her boyfriend in front of her studio, so she doesn’t have to give the cop her ID. The cop, Officer McSarcasty, shoots back with, “Keep yelling, that really helps!”

Watts played a supporting role in Django Unchained and appeared in TV series Weeds

An actress who alleged she was detained by Los Angeles police because of racial profiling after being found in a parked car with her boyfriend has been charged with committing a lewd act in public.

Daniele Watts, who appeared in Quentin Tarantino's film Django Unchained, was handcuffed after refusing to show ID.

Police said its officers had responded to a report that a couple were exposed indecently inside a silver Mercedes.

Both Watts and her boyfriend have been charged with one count of lewd conduct.

The 28-year-old African-American actress and her white partner, Brian James Lucas, face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 (£621) fine if convicted.

Both remain free pending a further case hearing due to take place on 13 November.

The actress used social media to draw attention to last month's incident

Watts used social media to complain about the 11 September incident in Studio City, north Los Angeles, claiming her rights had been violated.

In subsequent interviews Watts and her boyfriend, a celebrity chef who specialises in raw food, insisted they had only been showing public affection and that nothing improper had been taking place.

Watts and Lucas have since faced criticism for appearing to suggest their respective races played a role in the confrontation.
