JayB
whose it by? Jelly is normally zero protein and high carbs (sugar) for the normal stuff and more or less calorie free if its sugar free stuff

serpent
You gotta eat it raw to get the full benefits of the protein by the looks of it, although its nice raw anyhow.

Skenghis Khan
probably just eating a lump of strawberry flavoured chicken fat gelatin is from collagen extracted cow bones/skin. / lol tulse are u thick. its 40p for 26g, so its 40p for 14.7g of protein. so for 50g of protein you would have to eat 3 1/2 whole packs of jelly. three and a half packs of jelly would cost u £1.40, making it more expensive than whey protein. in addition not all proteins were created equal. gelatin is mostly made up of non-essential amino acids (amino acids your body can make) and is lacking in essential amino acids (amino acids ur body needs from food) making it an incomplete protein source. gelatin is good for u (joints, skin, hair) is just a rubbish protein source.
