yh i wanna start boxing againi did it for nearly 2 years i think when i was like 13-15 ish, i was proper lean didnt have much muscle thoughbut im scared of starting again cos if i join a proper gym like the one i used to go to i will get the sh*t kicked out of mei started at a "proper gym" bout a year agodepends on how u get in and who ur trainer ismy trainer asked me 2 come along and said he'd train me for freeso when i began i was training with the guys who'd been boxing for a couple years+ as well as beginners/kids sometimesits hard for the first couple months true, cause if ur trainer is a goon he'll put u in the ring after ur first week and just tell u try ur besthell tell the guys ur sparring 2 hit u and u just need 2 try 2 survive 3 rounds / throw a couple blows if u cani had nuff bruises all over my shoulders and arms after my 2nd week. i also f*cked up my wrist.....aftter 2/3 months u really start to see ur body change as well as ur strength and fitness. from when i got there i had a strong puch + alot of power so i progressed quickly. now the guys who beat me down when i was new who are all like 30+ are getting paxed up and running away from me in the ring. but i went 3 days a week every week and didn't miss a single session for about 7 months straight.boxing is about how much work u put in and u need 2 perfect ur technique. if u done 2 yrs when u were young u should go back into it cause ull already know the basics and be able to progess fast + get the most out of ur training.safeyh i know what u mean bout the first couple months, ur body gets HARD no homo after u've taken a few beatings and gotten into shapei still remember how sore my body was after the first few times i went and i was getting used to throwing mad punches and getting hitso i already know how to throw punches and move in the ring and defend i'll just be very rusty if i start againthats the sort of bodyshape im looking to get anywayyou know when you man were boxing on full time kinda basis did u ever get your noses broken/faces buss open/knocked out? or was it all just light sparing?i want to start but i wanna know what im in for lol
